Joshua D. Swayne is President and founder of Crossroads Capital Management. Josh began his career at Wells Fargo Investment in their Private Client Services department. At Wells Fargo, Josh was the financial consultant tasked with overseeing seven retail branches in Kirkland and Issaquah, working one-on-one with individual clients helping them evaluate and manage their investment and retirement strategies.
In 2003, Josh left Wells Fargo and joined WMS Financial Planners, Inc. as an independent financial consultant. Initially Josh was responsible with the day-to-day management of accounts as well as preparing and delivering complete financial plan strategies. Josh was also one of the key instructors for WMS’s continuing education courses at local community colleges. By 2007, Josh was promoted to the financial planning manager at WMS and oversaw a department of seven investment advisors. Under his leadership, the financial planning department at WMS saw exponential growth in assets under management even through the unprecedented economic downturn in the late 2000’s.
In 2012, Josh started his own financial planning firm Crossroads Capital Management. CCM offers securities and advisory services through KMS Financial Services, Inc. and specializes in asset management as well as retirement, insurance, and estate planning strategies for future or current retirees. Josh has an unwavering commitment to his clients and works individually with each of them to achieve their goals and objectives.
Josh loves music (especially Blues) and enjoys playing the guitar and violin. Josh and his wife, Misty, have three daughters and are actively involved in their Church. Josh also enjoys boating, sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.
